Popula\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa regi\u00e3o ter\u00e1 a partir de agora dois Conselhos Tutelares: o do Ipiranga e o do Sacom\u00e3<\/span><\/div>\n

Acontece no dia 15 de novembro, o Processo Unificado de Escolha dos Membros dos Conselhos Tutelares em S\u00e3o Paulo. Segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania, o processo unificado foi institu\u00eddo pela Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.696\/2012, que estabeleceu, entre outras coisas, a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato dos membros dos CTs de tr\u00eas para quatro anos e direitos sociais aos conselheiros como licen\u00e7a maternidade e paternidade, cobertura previdenci\u00e1ria e f\u00e9rias anuais remuneradas acrescidas de um ter\u00e7o do sal\u00e1rio.
Para votar \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ser maior de 16 anos, apresentar t\u00edtulo de eleitor emitido at\u00e9 o dia 3 de abril de 2015 e documento de identidade com foto. O voto \u00e9 facultativo e secreto, cada eleitor poder\u00e1 escolher at\u00e9 cinco candidatos. Os novos mandatos ser\u00e3o exercidos entre 10 de janeiro de 2016 e 9 de janeiro de 2020. <\/p>\n

Pessoas maiores de 16 anos, com t\u00edtulo de eleitor emitido at\u00e9 o dia 3 de abril de 2015. O voto \u00e9 facultativo e secreto e cada eleitor poder\u00e1 escolher at\u00e9 cinco (5) candidatos.
